Hello,
First of all I want to say that i'm not facing this problem since a week or two but from the first month of the contract. At first I thought that it is ok to have a bit slower connection in the evening, but with time it got only slower and slower. Now I have 1 to 8 mbps on the 5ghz wifi network and 6 to 10 mbps while connected through lan cable, very rarely I get the speed I am paying for. I do not understand the idea behind paying a service which I can not get properly, I am really frustrated and want to sort this out as soon as possible.
I live in Berlin, 13409 and have Vodafone Kabel 100mbit tariff since June.

unfortunately, there is an increased workload at your connection. Here only extension work can help. These have been running for some time, but will probably last at least until April 2019. I'm sorry that I don't have any better news for you.
