Hi, I tried to talk to customer center but I cannot speak good German to explain, so let me share my issue here.
My internet disconnects for 5-7 seconds very frequently, sometimes twice an hour. I tried to restart the modem also restart the router via local modem's interface. Still same. This has been happening for last 5-6 months.

Hello Guven,
do the disconnects happen with both WiFi and ethernet? Does the modem restart when that happens? Did you replace the coaxial cable already? If the disconnects still persist afterwards, please send me your details (customer number, full address, birth date of the contractual partner) and send the time of the last disconnect via ethernet in this thread here.
