I'm using your internet product currently,I informed you to change my contract from 1000 Cable to 100 cable in Oct 2020,and it shows effectived on your website.

but I received invoice of Jan 2021 (invoice#XXX), from 22.1.2021 to 31.1.2021 you still charge me with the price of 1000 Cable,pls double check and refund the extra money to me。
