In September I was sent a TV cable box. I did not ask to be sent this service. I took it to the Vodafone store and they told me to simply ship it back with the enclosed return form. I shipped the cable box back.
My September bill shows a charge of 72.56 for the TV cable box and the TV service.
My bill in October shows a charge of 21.28 for the TV service.
I did not request or agree to TV cable service. Please refund the above charges and stop new monthly charges from happening.

that's exactly what I wanted to know. The contract will be terminated retroactively and you will get a confirmation.

Hello SMansfield,
the return of the hardware is unfortunately not enough. You should have cancelled the contract.
The deadline for the cancellation is 14 days after receipt of the cancellation policy. The deadline has expired because you already received the package in month september.

This is a completely unacceptable response.
How should I have cancelled a contract that I never agreed to? I did not enter into a contract with Vodafone to provide me with TV service through either verbal or writen consent.
I want to cancel this service effective immediately and be refunded the charges.
Please advise me on how to proceed with the above.
