I paid my invoice for the Internet on the 8th of January and today at being the 15th I still get emails saying I've not paid and my Internet will be cut off!
I don't speak German as just moved here recently for work and have tried customer service phone line but they hang up and say they don't speak english
How else am I ment to sort this?

It takes up to 5 business days before the money is credited to your account, so with the weekend in between it should show today or tomorrow.
For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater, after you got forwarded the response can take time, this is not a live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
