Dear Vodafone Team,
I request you to please change my plan to "Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable für nur 29,99 Euro pro Monat" from the next month/cycle of 12 months. Could you please tell me the exact start date of this plan and the end date?
Additionally, I would like to exercise my right of cancellation immediately as soon as these upcoming 12 months are over. Please note I do not want an extension, and request you to already register my cancellation as soon as my contract for the said period is over. Please confirm the same.

I've noted the change in the system. The changeover date is 12.02.2020. You will receive written confirmation shortly before.
As soon as the change is done, you can cancel the contract via the contact form. Do you have any further questions?

Hi orko,
I can handle the change of tariff for you. However, you must then give notice of termination via the contact form in the customer portal.
For the tariff change I need your customer number, name, address and date of birth by private message. Write me here in the thread when you have sent the PM.
