Hello,

a storm just stroke a tree nearby my house which burned my DSL easybox.

 

I called the consumer service to get a new modem (and only modem), but none of them were speaking English. After many back and forth, I ended up with a  new contract for a new box and a new subscription for 2 years that I did not ask for . I just wanted a modem, how and where can I contest this subscription change ? 


it’s very annoying since I’m not planning to stay in the country long enough for a new contract . I always have issue with consumer and end up having to pay for some extra stuff . I feel like it’s mostely commercial  cheat.

 

if anyone can help that would be amazing.
