Cancelling Contract

I am US Military stationed in Germany and I'm moving back to the US. I would like to cancel my internet on 1 October 2018. I tried email and was told to create a post here.

Please let me know what I need to do next.

you are here in a U2U-forum. You can only get Information what you have to do. Not more.

You have to write a regular cancellation to Vodafone. The easiest way is to use the contact form.
Write that you move back to the US.

The Telecommunications act (TKG, §46, 😎 allow you to cancel your contract with a cancellation period of 3 month (starting with your relocation). Also you have to prove your relocation with the deregistration certificate.

I went to their website and said that I was moving back. I got this email back:
