Cable Internet not Connecting

Hello,

 

I have purchsed Cable Internet on 24th May 2019, and I have received the router and other equipments with it. However the service provider informed me that she will arrange for a Technician on 6th June, however I did not receive any call back or any notification on the Technician arrangement. I had to take leave and wait for the Technician call, which I did not get it. Also I tried contacting the Customer Care number but that also did not help out.

I tried connecting it manually as per the instructions, however just the red light keeps on blinking. I work from home most of the days in a month and I need Internet to be available any time at my home. 

Please consider this as high priority and look into it ASAP. If possible please arrange an Technician by today or by tomorrow.
