Sagecom Fast 5460 false reporting network situation

Hello, I have a Sagecom Fast 5460

in past time all ok.

Now:

- it reports WiFi off even if is on and mobile phones and computer connected

- it reports nothing connected via WLAN even if there is PC, IPTV box, Satreceiver, Powerlines

- it is not possible configure port forwarding because I cannot read MAC of PC

Can anybody help?

did you try a factory reset? Or just a powerreset?

No, I only tried power reset.

Should I try wih factory reset?

If yes could you please give me the procedure?

please notice that I am writing you via Wifi and telephone is ok so practically what modem is reporting is totally wrong

Hey,

 

sorry for the late response. You could initiate the factoryreset by pressing the "reset" button for 30 seconds, you can find the button on the backside. And yeah, looks like its a failure when you can write via mobilehpone 😄
