Guten Tag
I have Vodafone Kabel router CH7466CE.
Since last week, I encouter WLAN disconnected from time to time.
Sometimes the WLAN signal is normal but I can't connect to the internet,
and the other time, WLAN signal keep flashing.
I didn't change any setting.
Pls advise if it's the device issue and I should ask for the replacement? Thanks.

is only the WiFi affected or are there disconnects with an ethernet connection as well? Did you do a factory reset and replace the coaxial cable already? In which federal state do you live, did you call the service hotline to have your connection checked?

Good morning.
I am in Dresden.
I didn't check ethernet connection. It was only WiFi affected.
I tried to turn on/off the power, it took like 2 times then the connection recovered but the WLAN signal kept flashing.
I used Vodafone online tool (Hilfe & Service/Störungshilfe) to check the connection and the result was OK.
This morning the connection is normal and no WLAN flashing.........
Should I call the hotline directly when this issue pops up again??

Hello KarenC,
did the WiFi LED flash fast or slowly? If that happens again please check if the issue affects the ethernet connection as well and do a factory reset.

It happended again this afternoon.
WIFI was disconnected again and I tried ethernet connection, it worked.
WIFI LED flashes every 3 times then a short pause, then repeats.
It recovered after I swithed the power.

did you do the factory reset already? We also collected some hints to improve the WiFi, please try them.
