Hello,
I urgently need to contact the service desk, and I need someone that speaks English.
A couple of months ago, I had trouble with my router, so I called the service. A girl who told me she spoke English, agreed to help with my problem and said she would send me the latest router.
She sent me a Giga TV Box.
I contacted again for Vodafone to send me the router. Then, they sent me the same Ruter I have.
So I sent both things back.
Big is my surprise when, not only I'm working from home with a Wifi that sometimes disconnects for no reason, BUT ALSO I'm being charged for a service I did NOT hire.
When I was sold the service, the guy. who I spoke to spoke perfect English. If I can be sold in English, I should be supported in that very same language.
I demand to speak to someone ASAP.

Hello,
so what is your problem exactly? unstable wifi with the current router?
What router model do you have? Does the problem also occur over a wired connection?
