I had a vodafone contract until october 2019(16 mb dsl). I moved to a new apartment in the same city in july 2018. You couldnt transfer Dsl before october 2018. Then you said it was my fault. It was ok i paid 3 months payment which i dint use. But the real question is that: when i checked my konto infos i saw there was a new contract from october 2018 till october 2020. How can it be possible?
Please write me because your tel service is not suitable for an international firm. They dont know english and they are not helpful.
