Can I switch to Gigacube? My DSL is terrible. At least several times a day and sometimes 5, 6, 7 times or more, my internet disconnects. The only way to resolve the problem is to disconnect the modem and reconnect it. This is big problem now as I need it for work because of Covid and I am working at home. I have had a technician to my house several times. They tried to fix it and it works for a few days and then starts disconnecting again. I called last month and I was fortunate to speak to someone that speaks english and I was able to get a technician. I have been trying several times the last two weeks and the person I speak to does not speak English and my German is not good so I have no technician coming. I am tired of this DSL. Can someone help me get this fixed or even better switch my service to a Gigacube. I think if the technician comes out again it will work for a week or so then start dropping again. I think If I could switch to gigacube it would be better, This is interfering with my home office work.
