Dear community,
I am a Vodafone customer having both kabel vertrag and callYa Prepaid. I recently enabled the Vodafone homespot from MeinVodafone app.
The problem is that I am unable to login and join homespot.
Steps:
1. I join homespot.
2. I get the screen for login and I select "login for subscribers to the Vodafone Homespot service".
3. I put the same username and password as I do for the MeinVodafone app and select "hotspot login" or "customer portal login" (tried both). I also tried with another password which the app asked me to create once when I was enabling homespot.
4. I always get the error: "Too many failed attempts. Access has been temporarily disabled for security reasons. Please try again in approx 60 minutes".
Can someone please help?
