modem restarts multiple times in a day

Device : Fritzbox 6670
New connection

Modem restarts multiple times in a day, even in an hour it may restart 3-4 times. Technicians came and checked, will again work for 1-2 days and same issue again. Could this be a modem issue, can any electrical issue in apartment cause modem to restart.

The signal levels are very poor. Contact Vodafone to arrange for a technician to come to your location.
