Hallo zusammen,
I hope you can help me untangle a situation that’s been dragging on for several months.
A year ago, I signed up for a Vodafone DSL connection via Check24, mainly because of the cashback offer and the one-year flexible contract on the TV Connect Zuhause. However, due to internal changes on Vodafone’s end by a representative, my contract was somehow disconnected from the Check24 system.
Since then, things have only gotten more confusing and costly. Here’s where I currently stand:
Check24 couldn’t process the cashback due to the disconnect, something completely outside of my control. That cashback was a key reason I went ahead with this contract via Check24.
I’ve been trying to get clarity from Vodafone for the past 6 months, reaching out multiple times via email and chat. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a single meaningful response.
On top of that, Vodafone TV Connect Zuhause was added to my account for two years, even though the original Check24 tariff I selected was for one year, with cancellation flexibility. This extended binding period was never agreed upon.
I’m now stuck with a higher-than-expected monthly rate on the DSL connection and no resolution in sight.
It feels like I’ve done everything I can from my side. Still, I’m the one left carrying the cost.
I’d really appreciate a fair outcome here. Specifically:
Re-aligning the monthly rate closer to what was expected under the original promotion
Cancelling TV Connect Zuhause after the first year (as originally selected via Check24)
