Dear sir,
I have been having this problem since 9am this morning , it already been almost 10 hours.
I have 3 called the customer services - not helpful.
I have tried TOBI - not resolved.
I have tried the instruction led by the troubleshooting vodafone websites - still not resolved. ( unplugged - wait - check cable etc - wait - not resolved )
Kindly help me to restore my internet connections. It is very crucial for me because i am working from home and need the internet urgently.

Hallo NABIELA_SHAH16,
also wird Dir auf der Webseite schon angezeigt, dass es eine Störung gibt? Dann sind wir da auch schon dran.
