Vodafone cable router not working

Hello! I can't speek German yet (still learning), so I am very sorry to write in English. I have a problem with my new Vodafone Kabel router, it is not working - the Internet light keeps blinking red since I got it on 01.10.2021.. I tried to call hotline, but I get redirected to other tel.numbers. I have tried restarting several times, I have used Vodafone Netz-Asisstent and got a call back, but I can't explain my problem in German that well yet and I got redirected to this forum.

Hi Nancy,

We were contacted by a person responsible for technician appointments and our appointment was postponed from today to Tuesday, which is fine I understand that technicians can have a lot of work.

In meantime, would it be possible to get a LTE router from Vodafone while our signal/cable is fixed? We are ready to pay for it if is necessary as we need internet for our work as well. Right now we are buying extra Gigabites from our mobile provider which extremelly expensive.
