I woke up to Router being off. Even after re-plugging etc. the LEDs on the router flashes and becomes dead. I contacted support centre and a replacement router is ordered. However I was told to call a specific technik number who can unlock my current router and it will work. On calling that number, I was informed that necessary steps are taken and my router will switch on in 2-3 hours. No change in situation. Is it possible to get this router working as new router will take days to come? thanks in advance for your support here.
