Quality of the internet is extremely low

Hello dear Vodafone support team/community,

 

first of all - sorry fir writing in English, I'm learning German language but isn't so good to write messages yet...

 

I've been using the internet since August 2021 and everything was amazing but unfortunatelly quality descreased recently....sometimes connection is stable and speedy, but once per hour it gets bad and I have to restart the modem to make it stable again which doesn't make me happy 

 

The problem is happening with every device(three laptops, smartphones), we're using 5 Ghz connection

 

I can't call to the support since noone speaks English

 

Is there any way to check out the connection?
