Hello,
Because of my limited German, I’ll have to start this thread/question in English.
Over the past 2–3 months, I’ve been experiencing major internet issues, and it’s becoming really unbearable.
I currently have a 250/50 cable package. However, the internet connection has been extremely unstable — sometimes it works fine, and other times it doesn’t work at all.
I went out of my way to buy two new Ethernet cables and a new coaxial cable, and I even switched from the black Vodafone router to a Fritz!Box 6670. Unfortunately, none of these changes have fixed the issue.
It’s getting really frustrating to keep contacting customer support, explaining the same issue over and over again. Each time I’m told it will be fixed, it only works properly for one or two days before becoming unstable again.
Since I rely on a stable connection for my online work — especially for streaming and video calls — this instability is making it very difficult to do my job. Because of that, I can’t always deliver on my commitments, which is extremely stressful.
I’ve tested the connection over Wi-Fi and also through Ethernet on my laptop, and the results are the same — unstable and frustrating to work with.
Is there anything else I can do on my end, or do I just have to keep contacting customer support until something finally gets fixed?
