I have a GigaZuhause 250 Kabel connection, in Kleve, NRW.
I have since weeks struggle with high ping spikes and packet lost, especially around 1900-2300.
This had made any sort of online gaming impossible. Attached is a picture of a ping test done at 2051 yesterday(19/10/23).
My device has a LAN connection to the Vodafone provided router. I do not believe the spikes are caused by any issues on my side.
Please help resolve the issue with haste.
