Hello ,
I have opted for 1000 Cablemax plan.
The installation is done on 21.10.2021, but I am not getting the speed as per the plan.
I checked and its 50 mbps download speed.
I was expecting atleast 750 mbps speed but not getting even half of the 1000 mbps.
Also the upload speed is fluctuating between 10mbps to 24 mbps.
I have also missed the cancellation date and not have to work with this poor connection.
I am working as software Engineer and my work needs higher speed and that is the reason I chose Vodafone.
I am frustrated now and was not expecting this atleast from Vodafone.
Please let me know what to do ?
Can I cancel it now ? as it is not giving te speed which is promised.

I can gladly take a look at the connection Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Hello Avi2,
the modem signal looks good. Please send a speedtest with a time stamp that you made via ethernet so we can have a closer look. Is the speed low each time of the day?

Please find the attached screendshot of speed test.
I am getting around 300 mbps speed from yesterday, but still compare to 1000 mbps it is very low.
I am expecting atleast 700 mbps as me and my wife both are software Engineer and need speed to work smoothly and also as per the contract the speed should be 1000 mbps.
Please have a look and let me know if you need more details.

Speed tests via WLAN are unfortunately not meaningful. The speed is only guaranteed with a connection via LAN cable. Please test again accordingly with a device connected via a LAN cable.

My wife and I are computer engineers and we work at home.
I've taken vodafone connection because of 1000mbps speed and we're not getting the same thing.
Also almost every alternate day, router is automatically rebooting nearly 3-4 times a day.
It is disrupting our work and ongoing client calls.
Also the indicator for phone line is always red from last 1 week.
Please can you look into it on priority or please please let me know the way to end the contract.
I am very much fed up now and do not want to continue with Vodafone.
I was not expecting such a service for International Telecom Company.

The speed is only guaranted with LAN connection. WLAN is unstable and nothing is guaranted about this.
