No internet

In which state do you live? 10317 Which contract do you have? CableMax 1000 Which modem/router do you use? CGA4223DE What is the error ? No internet, wifi network exists. the internet has a red lamp on.

I've tried restarting it, and unplugging it for 10 sec.

can someone please help me with this?

Hey. Same issue in berlin 10247. Think its a technical problem from the vodafone side. Not sure when this gets resolved.
