Hi Vodafone Team,
Since this morning, I couldn't get my internet connection working. Power/Cable light in my Fritzbox keeps blinking.
Tried HomeSpot, which usually works as backup. Even it failed, with message "Unable to Get IP address".
Need your immediate attention please, my HomeOffice depends on this connection.

Hello Vivekanandan,
there are not enough frequencies at the Fritz!Box and therefore there will be failures again and again. This is certainly also the reason why it did not work with the rental modem some time ago. With a neighbor in the house the values also do not fit and with 2 further the values are in order.
This needs to be looked at by a technician. The colleague needs access to the house distribution system and an info if someone in the household is currently in quarantine.
