Hello,
I lost internet and raised a ticket (*). After a first technician came in he told me that the cable was broken and that someone else would need to come to fix it. The ticket was updated to say that someone would come between 13:17 and 20:00 of 28/02. Nobody came, and the ticket still says the same thing. How can i request an update on this? When is this going to be fixed? I need internet to be able to work.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

I have tried Whatsapp but I receive no answer and none of the other channels are available in english.
