Hello,
My connection stopped on Christmas Eve. I have guests and need internet connection. My contract is 1000MBit, I live in Berlin.
Can someone please help me? I can't speak German yet, so I can't call the call center.
No device can connect
Internet light is red

For the record, I had 3 and half days without internet.
I tried to contact via Facebook, Whatsapp. Finally a ticket was opened.
I was told that this was a general issue on my district etc.
Anyway, just before the new year, internet connection is dead again.
