No Internet after the moving

I moved into a new apartment a month and a half ago, requested the relocation to the assistance and the waited.
Now 40 days have passed and I still cannot use my internet.

I've been trying to get help from the assistance but I got just different solutions that never worked. Last time I called the assistance person told me that my contract was expired, not true, so that would have been the end of the story.

Problem is I'm still paying for that contract so probably that is not true.

What should I do now? I still have a year of contract.
