Hello,
My internet is disconnected very frequently but comes back normal after I reset the router. I opened a ticket, and an appointment with a technician has been set. I was not available for 20 minutes on the appointment day, and that's why the technician couldn't reach out to me. Can the technician come again? (I called him but he speaks no English, I think he said please call Vodafone to rearrange a new appointment)
