Hello,
I have som problemes with my DSL connection. I have tried calling your hotline several times, but no one speaks english, so I can´t get help.
I recently moved to Flensburg, and got a DSL connection from you, and the first couple of weeks it worked fine, but 2 weeks ago it started loosing connection, so I have to restart the router several times every day, so it reconnects, and at the same time, I started having problems with the VPN connection I use when I work from home.
It connects on the VPN, but it seems that my internet is falling out all the time, so because it is a VPN it just wont work. I can´t even do a skype call on the connection.
this is a new thing as it worked perfectly in the beginning, so I would like to ask if you could possible do something to help with this, as my connection is pretty much useless as it is right now?

Hello jas-tek,
you write DSL connection but put your thread in the cable board. Which router did you get from us? In which federal state do you live? Do the disconnects happen via ethernet or WiFi? Did you check a different coaxial cable?

Hello.
My apologies for putting this in the wrong section, but as I said, I´m unfortuneatley not good with German.
I live in Flensburg, and have the Vodafone TG3442DE router.
Since last I have tried a new cable, and that didn´t change anything.
Then I tried to reset the router on the back, and that seemed to help a little. the problem was still there, but less.
Then I went away for the last week, for a surgery, and returned home Friday afternoon, and since then I have had no connection.
If I reset the router it connects after about 20 min. and then I have a connection for 4-11 min. then it drops, and I have to reset the router again. and the Phone lamp in the front is blinking red all the time.
so now it has gone from bad to even worse as it is completely useless now.
Clearly something is wrong, maybe a technician that speaks a little english could call me, as I really need this fixed now??

earlier this week, a return path disturber was active here. This has been fixed. The line values are stable again. How is it currently running?

Well, there has been some problems.
the connection it self hass been pretty stable since monday, however especially yesterday ( friday 10/09)
It dropped some times. like it did last weekend. just lost connection, eventhough the router lights indicated that it had connection, and was working.
and then the connection returned after 5 - 10 min.
that happends 5 or 6 times friday.
and the VPN issue persists.
Overall it is better since I reset the router a couple of weeks ago as I mentioned. but it still has some problems.
some days it only disconnects 1 time, and yesterday for example, I loct VPN connection constantly. more than 25 times during my working hours.
It is not for long, but it is enough to problems as every time I loose connection, I have to restart the VPN to my office, and everything I have on my PC I have worked on, are lost.
