Within a few days though, the issues were back. Now for the last several days, the internet disappears in the middle of the day and this happens several times a day. The issues have gotten worse since 10th April. I used the network assistant and it seems like the return path errors are back.

 

Can someone from VF please look into this again? I can also provide some of the timestamps when the internet disappears. Is this an issue only with my connection or in the whole area? My contract is ending in a few weeks and I was actually thinking of upgrading to a higher speed connection, but with the return path errors, I don't think having a higher speed would help with the return path errors? I'm assuming VF has no timelines since the last many months of fixing the return path error in my area, so moving to another provider will probably make more sense?

I'm really very sorry, but I'm afraid you really have been affected by a return path interferer again. Smiley (traurig)

 

There's already a master ticket for that issue. I can link you to this ticket so that you will be informed as soon as this interfere has been found and removed.
