Hello,I have a problem with my activation code. I tried many times to add my Kabel internet to my account, but it requires an activation code. I requested it many times but never received it via post. I don’t know what to do. I chatted with the support. Called them. It’s been 6 months now. They always tell me that they will send it again, but I don’t receive any.
