Dear Community
Since 11 AM my internet connection does not work properly. Initially the problem seemed related to DNS. Now I am able to browse pages but the speed is very slow and it seems the upload speed is not sufficient to send data back. I am connected with cat 6 cables and have already tried to reboot the router multiple times.
Can my line be tested

Hello mrmemory,
we still have your data from a former thread. Currently most of the modems in your building are offline but others are still online. A technician should check this, under which number can he reach you? Please send it via PM and reply here again. Can you grant him access to the house installation? Are there symptoms in your householt that might be linked to Covid-19?
