Internet not working since 3 weeks

 My internet is not working from 27 Nov 2021, its almost 3 weeks now. I contacted te vodafone store, called the service centre 100 times but still no one knows when it will be solved. The vodfone sell store guys dont provide any other alternate service like Giga cube or something else till time being. They just say we can arrange callback and I ger no call back to on specified time. The worse service experience. Due to this internet not functioning home office is not possible in this COVID time and I must go everyday to office. When I called technical service they raised ticket and closed it without solving the problem. Later they explained there is issue with FO cable in your area and it will be solved soon. Once you bought the contract no one is there to help or solve your problem. The problem is from Vodafone side still we are suffering form this. When I asked the technical service guy about alternate solution they say its not in their authority. What a worse service providing is this?

When asked about the expected trime to solve the issue they are not aware about that also. In 3 weeks its possible for Vodafone to lay one FO cable and end peoples suffering. Shame on you VodafoneKabel.

I'm sorry you have an outage for so long and didn't get any help yet :/. If you are a Vodafone Kabel Deutschland customer I would like to check your access. Please send me a PM with your details (name, address, customer number, date of birth of the contract holder) and reply here again afterwards.
