Internet light is still red

I installed my modem yesterday based on the steps provided in the guidelines. Now I have a stable white light in the power and wifi but the Internet light is still red . (please check the photo in the attachments)


I don't know what to do and I need the internet. Unfortunately the chatbot doesn't connect to the operator and the number is speaking German (by the way the waiting list is very long to connect to the operator and no success yet)!


Any help would be appreciated.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
