Internet is down since 3 weeks - English support needed

Hi all, 

I and at least 4 other neighbours in Derendorf area (Lacombletstraße, 40239 Düsseldorf) are experiencing long internet disruption since 3 weeks now. 

Everyday not less than 2 hours and sometimes the whole day long the router is showing the red lamp or flactuating between 2 white lamps then back to the 1 red lamp. 

 

Everytime I call the hotline, they open a ticket and send a technician. 

The same poor technician comes to tell the same statement. problem isn't in our house routers, problem is in the street box which had an incident (Car crash I believe) since 3 weeks and since then we're all experiencing the same problem... We are all cluless here about what is the update around our problem and the other problem is: All of us has to drive or commute to the office to work because it is impossible to work from home .. not even with mobile data because our work requires a lot of Data to be done. 

Please we need someone who can solve our problem. 

Hint: Another Telecom compatitor offered us all to change our connection to Fiber Cable with higher speed and very fair price but we are all loyal customers to Vodafone and looking for a solution to have back the service to which we're paying money without delay.
