Internet hotspot at home - while fiber cable failure

Hello,

since yesterday the Internet is down and checking my address there is a ‚Storung‘

i work from home office and need to receive any mobile hotspot device to have internet at home. 
how can I open a ticket. I am calling customer service and have been waiting in the line for half an hour now with no answer  

please help
