Internet disruption very often

Hello. My internet connection is constantly breaking and unstable.  It works for 10 minutes and then cuts out again. I sent a message on Facebook and saw it was an issue with return path disruption.

Can you kindly take a look and fix this. The interruption is affecting my business.

This started since April 9th 2023.

Hallo. Meine Internetverbindung bricht ständig ab und ist instabil. Es funktioniert 10 Minuten und bricht dann wieder ab. Ich habe eine Nachricht auf Facebook gesendet und festgestellt, dass es sich um ein Problem mit einer Unterbrechung des Rückwegs handelt.

 Können Sie sich das bitte ansehen und beheben. Die Unterbrechung wirkt sich auf mein Geschäft aus.

 Dies begann am 9. April 2023.

Es gibt hier im Forum auch in Deutsch keinen Support mehr. Das geht nur noch über die oben geposteten Kanäle, wie Facebook oder Twitter.

Then you'll need a backup internet line...

Especially not one, that uses some customer-only-shared-media-technology... and not a customer-only tariff plan...
