Internet connection works with interruption but now not work at all - EN support

Hello,

We have a 1000 Mbit connection from Vodafone in Berlin and all day long on 15.11 the connection dropped for a few minutes to 1 hour. At this moment the Internet connection not work at all for more than 2 hours.

I tried to reach support by calling the hotline but there is not EN support.

Please help us to solve the issue.
