My internet connection is not working since yesterday afternoon. I have reached out to the customer help line and opened a ticket. The staff promised that the technical staff will correct this. But still I have no internet.
This is severely disrupting my work. When we again try to reach out to the customer care we only receive an automated message.
Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
