Hi,
My apologies for asking this in English, but my German is just good enough at the moment. I am happy to use a translation service if necessary.
I have cable internet (1GBit) at my home and the internet has been absolutely unusable for 2 weeks now. The connection resets every 1-2 minutes, rendering working remotely impossible. I have verified through my router's event log (Fritz 6591) that this is, indeed, an internet issue, not Wi-Fi or LAN related. This is a major showstopper and is significantly affecting my wife's and my ability to perform our jobs.
Before we proceed I want to emphasize that I have checked all the basics (restarts, switch from Wi-Fi to LAN, connecting directly to the modem, restarting computers, etc.). I work in tech and have enough technical knowledge to navigate the router's admin interface. The event log shows constant "internet connection cleared" messages followed by connection established and synchronization messages.
Finally, given my lack of German, I was not able to navigate the phone hotline, hence my posting here.

Dont worry about the troll answers here, for most of these guys here have nothing else in their live nor would they be able to actually help instead of trying to put an artificial mark on themselves Fact is tho, you wont get any help on here, since this forum is only for users "helping" users. Try it via Twitter or Facebook, tho chances are high it will suck there too.
