I have signed the Kabel internet contract with Vodafone but it didn't work. After many emails to kundenservice@unitymedia.de, I got the confirmation of the termination BUT til 2024. What the heck!
If Vodafone cannot provide the service, please terminate my contract! I am not willing to pay a cent for the non-existed service! Is it a SCAM?
I have explained my situation in many emails, but no one replied me!
Long story short: I had to cancel the exact same kind of contract before (the Kundensnummer was only 1 unit lower: xxxxxxxx as Vodafone couldn't provide the service) in April/May, 2022. Few months later, another Vodafone seller came to my door step, convinced me to sign the exact same contract, promised that it should work well confidently, though I had told him that I had to cancel the exact same contract just a month before... He promised to come with the technicer to solve any issue if it didn't work... Poor me! He's such a lier!
I had forwarded the email from the company, which is the 3rd party partner with Vodafone, which visited my building and couldn't find the solution for my previous contract.... Since then nothing happens, my contract is still valid, and I still have no service!
After endless calls, I'm so tired being redirected around! What the heck I should do then? Do I have to contact my lawyer to ask for my right? I respect Vodafone, but to me this is literally a BIG SCAM. Selling me a NON-EXISTED SERVICE and do not accept the termination request!

I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't use our service yet. I assume that a technician needs to finish the installation or fix the line. What do the lights on the router do when you connect it? What error message do you get when you try to open a website? Did you already contact us via Facebook or Twitter so we can have a detailed look at your access?

Yes, the technician needs to install the whole cable here properly (whoever the 3rd party - contractor, did the job, they didn't finish it and still marked it as DONE!). As I explained above, the whole column (actually two columns) of apartments in my building could not use Vodafone's service. I explained the situation as detailed as in my post and the email. Of course, whatelse the router's internet light should be? It's always RED. Don't get me wrong, I'm working in IT so I'm not so dumb to plug it in the wrong way. And so, of course you cannot access to internet, you'll have to enjoy playing the T-Rex game that Chromium browser offers.
I have contacted Vodafone multiple time via phones, and NO ONE listened to me (I spoke German to them and explained my case) or check the email I've sent to kundenservice@unitymedia. The last two calls were completely disaster! In the first one, I was told to wait for their colleague and 40' later I had to listened to the ringtone music. I had to pick up another phone, and after that no one tried to call me back! The second one this morning was even worst, when the lady asked me my infomation, birthday, I was redirected to the answer machine while giving my infomation! What the heck was that! And no one called me back!
I had tried the last card by booking the technical service, they came yesterday and of course comfirmed that I should use another provider as the situation is complicated and can not be solved! Whatelse could be the answer as they are Solution30, who I contacted to before, and already answered and informed vodafone about the situation in my building - all of the information had been forwarded to kunderservice.
I will try the last call to cancel my contract this afternoon. I hope it's gonna be canceled now! I am totally dissappointed with the Kunden Service here! From now on, vodafone's Service Berater is not welcome to enter my apartment! They are such a liar, blabla too much about the non-existed service and completely disappeared after got our signature.
