I have no internet on my vodafone station

Hello,

I have being struggling with my vodafone home wifi station in the past 24hrs, because I don't speak good german, I can't seem to use the telephone lines. I have restarted the router countless times and even pressed the reset button, but my problem still persists. At first, the phone red lights were on, but now all 4 lights are on and they are white colors, yet there isn't an internet connection. Please help
