Hello,
My name is Alexandru, as you can see i cannot speak dutch. I need your help is really necessary for my job. I made a New contract with Vodafone for internet. I recieved wifi6 router and all the cables. I did the installation with adaptor for the socket, connected all cables necessary for internet connection but is not working. My wifi is showing a Red light on and off every 2-3 seconds and internet is not working at all. I login online on the Ip addres what they provide me and i see DOCSIS offline if i’m correct. Can someone please help me to solve this issue as fast as we can? I’m here to respond and help any others people in my situation too.
