Fritzbox6660 not working

My internet is not working since 3 weeks, I have raised tickets, called customer care and nothing has solved the problem and it's so frustrating and affecting my work 

I don't know how to solve this problem 

I live in Hattersheim and I have FRITZ!Box 6660 connection

Please help me!
