Hi,
I am a new customer. I have installed Vodafone Station last week and from that time the internet light blinks red. Tomorrow a technician will arrive to check the problem. First of all, if I know what I should do, there is no need for technician. Secondly, should I pay the technician? And finally, I have contract, and I have available Vodafone hotspot nearby, why I cannot use it?

The Technican use all Keys for all Rooms in the House, call the House Technican to open it, and the Technican from VF is free!
