Extremely slow internet in Berlin, Friedrichshain

Hi, 

I have been using Kabel 1000MB/s for a while, and we recently have been experiencing a severe slowdown in the internet speed.

Current speed test shows (https://www.speedtest.net/result/12367376642😞

PING 96 ms / DOWNLOAD 24.53 Mbps / UPLOAD 20.61 Mbps

I have tried everything suggested from restarting the router to optimizing the WiFi router location. Can someone please help me with this?

Hello shone,

did you try it also with an ethernet connection? Wifi may be severely impaired, which is not our fault.

Please also state your postcode and the type of the cablerouter.
