Hello,
I have had no internet at my home since Friday, 02.07.21 morning. I've tried to called the customer service and the "bei Störungen" number but have been unsuccessful in getting any help. Even now, as of 15 minutes ago, the automatic answering robot says that the issue was fixed as of 8pm when it's clearly not been!
I've been a customer with Vodafone since March and this is the second time that I've lost internet for over a day. Can someone help? Does Vodafone.de have a English Hotline?

good that it works again :). The technician changed a defective amplifier, after that the outage was over. I will close your thread now.
