We recently have some problems with our Internet connection. Often a message of "no Internet connection" is displayed when we tried to connect to the Wifi.

Hello Siyu,

is only the WiFi connection affected or the ethernet connection as well? If the ethernet connection works, please check the hints for the WiFi optimisation. Did you reset the router to the factory settings already?
